Books:

• Books must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• To initiate the return process, please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your return.
• All returned books must be in saleable condition, free from defects in the binding, front or back covers, pages, and corners of the book, and free from notes, markings, or highlighting.
• Books that are shrink-wrapped with other materials must be returned in the original, unbroken shrink wrap.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Digital Products:

• Returns for digital products are not accepted once the order is confirmed and product is sent.

Print on Demand and Custom Items:

• There are no refunds or returns accepted for print on demand and custom items, as these items are made specifically to order.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of $5.00 will be applied to all returned items unless otherwise stated in the specific product category conditions above.

Lost or Damaged Items:

• In the event that an item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
